Welcome to Buyclus. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Buyclus website, online store, products, services, features and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, browsing our products, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

An order is not necessarily considered finally accepted merely because you receive an automated order acknowledgement.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will process any applicable refund according to the payment method and applicable policies.

6. Customer Information and Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

This includes:

  • Mobile number;

  • Email address;

  • Complete shipping address;

  • City;

  • State;

  • PIN code;

  • Other information required for delivery.

Please carefully review your information before completing an order.

Buyclus is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, cancellations or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers may be required to verify or confirm their order before dispatch.

COD orders may be confirmed through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other available communication channels.

Buyclus may cancel or restrict COD availability where we reasonably believe that an order is fraudulent, suspicious, incorrectly placed or unlikely to be accepted.

Customers are expected to accept and receive genuine COD orders placed by them.

Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders or other appropriate action.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping and delivery according to the terms described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays;

  • Weather;

  • Natural events;

  • Operational issues;

  • Incorrect address information;

  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations;

  • Public holidays;

  • High order volumes;

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free shipping, where offered, applies according to the shipping options available at checkout.

Once an order has been handed over to a shipping or logistics provider, delivery is subject to the carrier's operational processes.

9. Failed Delivery and RTO

An order may be returned to the sender (“RTO”) if delivery cannot be completed, including circumstances such as:

  • Customer refusing delivery;

  • Customer being unavailable after repeated delivery attempts;

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Incorrect phone number;

  • Customer not responding to delivery communications;

  • Other circumstances preventing successful delivery.

Customers are expected to provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with reasonable delivery and verification requests.

Where applicable, Buyclus may restrict COD availability or take other reasonable measures for repeated failed deliveries or RTO-related abuse.

Any applicable charges or consequences relating to RTO will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and other applicable policies.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Not every product may be eligible for return or replacement.

Certain products may be classified as non-returnable due to their nature, hygiene considerations, consumable characteristics, product category, supplier restrictions or other legitimate reasons.

Customers should review the applicable return eligibility information before placing an order.

Where a return is permitted, the product may need to meet specific eligibility requirements, including condition, packaging and proof of purchase.

Buyclus reserves the right to reject a return, replacement or refund request that does not meet the applicable policy requirements or where misuse or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.

11. Product Damage, Defects and Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, you should contact us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may request appropriate information, photographs, videos, order details or other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
